Differences between the Total Flex™ M and the Total Flex™ S

Based on a patented design, and in line with technological trends that “small” can be “big”, the Total Flex™ S micro technology allows for a wide variety of exercises to be performed. Notwithstanding its compact size, muscles and joints can be exercised along their full range of motion, and against variable levels of resistance to improve overall flexibility, endurance, and strength.

In addition, the size of the machine does not reflect or impact the quality of the resistance bands. The high-quality resistance bands that come with the Total Flex™ M and Total Flex™ S are identical to those on larger competitive units that cost much more, take up more space, and are more complicated to use.

The Total Flex™ S can support a person weighing up to 136kg/300lbs.

• The Total Flex™ S is based on a patented X-frame technology, featuring a frame structure, hinged, and connected to a seat and backrest
• To exercise, the X-frame with connected seat flips open. After exercise, the frame and seat folds closed for compacted storage

• To obtain exercise resistance, the padded handles (or ankle cuffs) are clipped to one or more O-rings attached to resistance band ends and threaded through sets of 3-D pulleys
• By engaging different color resistance bands and/or by engaging different combinations of resistance bands, the level of resistance can be varied. When pulling the handles (or the ankle cuffs), progressive levels of exercise resistance can be generated to match individual levels of fitness

The Total Flex™ S comes complete with an easy-to-follow Exercise Chart, including step-by-step use instructions and three Exercise Programs, each consisting of a select number of result-producing exercises.
